First, our kitchen is run by a full time chef. We make all of our salad dressings, soups, sauces, and quiche from scratch. Our scones are baked fresh each morning along with our cookies, brownies, coffeecakes, and an assortment of other items.
We use fresh cracked eggs and offer local organic eggs when available. We use organic lettuce in our salads, and our bread is baked fresh daily by a local baker. We strive to source as many local, organic ingredients as possible, especially when in season.
